I have been working in education since 2010 and work at both Roxhill Elementary and McGilvra Elementary. My educational philosophy is grounded in building strong relationships, fostering identity, and creating a classroom where every child feels they belong. I design learning experiences that support emotional growth, celebrate cultural diversity, and empower students to find their voice through music. Outside of work, I spend time with my pitbull, Finnegan, nurture my collection of indoor plants, and pursue opportunities to learn and grow. -Ms. Wright
