Our PE motto at McGilvra is “Healthy Minds and Healthy Bodies!”  Each day we exercise our minds and bodies and nourish them with positive thoughts, new knowledge, and nutritious food.  Our program offers students a chance to start building positive lifetime relationships with each other, exercise and nutrition.  They work on being PE STARs by playing Safe, Trying their best, Acting Responsibly and Responding with Kindness.  Students are introduced to a variety of sports and games to socially interact, move their body, and have fun!
